Cylindrical bore bearings are usually pressed by press or hot-packed. In the case of taper hole, it is directly mounted on the taper axis or installed with sleeve. Usually, press is used to press in, or there are cold contraction matching methods installed after cooling. When dry ice is used as coolant and condensation is combined with installation, moisture in the air will condense on the surface of the bearing. Therefore, appropriate anti-rust measures are needed.

  Bearings need to be disassembled when parts are regularly inspected or replaced. Usually the shaft and bearing box are almost always used, and the bearings are often used continually. Therefore, structural design should take into account that when disassembling bearings, bearings, axles, bearing boxes and other parts should not be damaged, and appropriate disassembly tools should be prepared. When disassembling the sleeve with static fit, the pulling force can only be applied to the sleeve, and the sleeve can not be pulled through the rolling body.
