QAl9-4 aluminium bronze can be used as a substitute for high tin wear-resistant bronze.

  Brass tile: hot working temperature 750 ~ 830 C; annealing temperature 520 ~ 650 C; low temperature annealing temperature 260 ~ 270 C to eliminate internal stress. Environmental brass C26000 C2600 has excellent plasticity, high strength, good cutting processing, welding, corrosion resistance, heat exchanger, paper pipe, mechanical and electronic parts. Specialty: Excellent cutting performance is suitable for high precision parts processed by NC lathe of automatic lathe.

  Tin bronze tile: Alloy consisting of tin as base and other elements. Tin, copper, aluminium, cadmium, lead, titanium and other alloying elements are commonly added. Tin-based alloys have low melting point, good fluidity, easy melting, brazing and plastic processing, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, and easy recovery and remelting of residual materials, but low creep strength, easy to change size due to natural aging. Molten method, die casting or pressure processing into materials. According to the manufacturing process, it can be divided into cast zinc-based alloy and deformed tin-based alloy.
