  Solid inlaid self-lubricating bearings are self-lubricating bearings made by opening proper-sized and orderly holes on the metal friction surface of the bearing matrix, and then inserting a moulding solid lubricant (solid lubricant area is generally 25%-35% of the friction area) with unique lubricating properties into the holes.

  The bearing combines the advantages of metal matrix and special formulation lubricating material, and breaks through the limitation of general bearing relying on oil film lubrication. RCB solid self-lubricating bearings are especially suitable for use without oil, high temperature, high load, low speed, anti-fouling, anti-corrosion, anti-radiation, as well as under special conditions where the lubricating film can not be added at all due to water or vacuum solution infiltration.

  Compared with other bearings, solid self-lubricating bearings have the following five characteristics: first, they need no lubricating grease or only one-time filling. They can be used not only in places where the whole package or disassembly is inconvenient after manufacture, but also in places where the space is narrow, the mechanism is complex and the lubrication is inconvenient.

  2. It is more wear-resistant, longer service life and higher reliability than traditional needle roller bearings.

  Third, the static and dynamic friction coefficients are similar, and they are closely matched with the bearing seat, so that the working accuracy of the machine can be guaranteed.

  4. It can reduce vibration, noise and lubricant pollution of mechanism and improve working conditions.
